240ml £8.95Our molasses is produced by a women’s co-operative in Orjan, a small village nestling in the fertile hills of Ajloun in Jordan. Without adding sugar, they sieve and simmer the glistening red seeds, reducing 5kg of fruit to produce this bottle. It’s a thick, fragrant and gloriously tangy reduction, which has been a key ingredient in Middle Eastern cookery for centuries.
