Our traditionally pickled, un-waxed Egyptian lemons are salted in small batches by us to a family recipe. They have a uniquely salty, yet beautifully-perfumed flavour and introduce a sharply fragrant note to many dishes.

Culinary Uses

Delicious added to slow-cooked stews, tagines, salads and rice-based dishes.
We love to use the perfumed brine for making salad dressings.
