The entrance to The Cookhouse is next door to the Borough Market reception office, to the rear of Padella Pasta, SE1 1TQ.

Your guides on this culinary adventure will be self taught chef and founder of Arabica, James Walters / Executive Chef, David Jones.
We kick off at The Cookhouse which overlooks the buzzing Market, where you will produce an array of seasonal canapés featuring some of Arabica's larder essentials like Urfa chilli flakes, Orange blossom water, Wild Sumac, Pomegranate molasses and Za'atar.
The day concludes with us enjoying the food you’ve cooked, served with some fizz or a festive Levantine inspired cocktail.

Whats included and do I need to bring anything?
We will provide you with an apron and cooking equipment, recipe printouts and all ingredients for the class. Ladies - please wear a comfortable pair of low-heeled shoes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately classes are non-refundable due to the agreement with the venue. In the unlikely event, we receive insufficient bookings for a class, the class may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice and the option of a full refund or credit for a future class will be offered.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at 2.30pm sharp at The Cookhouse located next door to the Borough Market reception office, just inside the market to the rear of Padella Pasta restaurant.
